We hold a Minnesota residential contractor license, carry the insurance that license requires, and put the scope and price in writing before a start date is booked. On storm claims we document the damage with an itemized estimate written the way carriers read it.
It starts with a call or a form and ends with a final walkthrough. We schedule a free in-home consultation, measure and talk through options, then put materials, labor, and timing in a written estimate. Once you approve it, we pull the city permit, order materials, and complete the work, meeting the inspector before anything gets covered up.
Five materials, and the house and the budget decide which one. Mastic vinyl by Ply Gem is the most common choice here, LP SmartSide engineered wood gives a painted-wood look without the upkeep of real wood, James Hardie fiber cement will not burn, rot, or feed woodpeckers, and its ColorPlus finish is baked on at the factory, and steel and cedar cover the rest. We talk through all of them at the consultation.
