Over 30 years of experience on Twin Cities exteriors is the backbone of this company. We hold Minnesota residential contractor license CR609812, carry the insurance coverage that license requires, and follow lead-safe practices on every pre-1978 home. The crew handles windows, siding, roofing, gutters, and doors as one scope, so the seams where the roof, the walls and the windows meet are one crew's responsibility instead of three companies'.
Our Story
Servicing the Twin Cities Since 1992
The company opened in 1992 and has grown on referrals since. A neighbor recommends us, the owner, Jim Pope, runs the work himself, and the next call usually comes from the same street. That pattern has carried the crew from Richfield and Edina down through Burnsville, Lakeville, and Prior Lake, mostly on older homes getting their siding and windows replaced a second time.
