Minnesota Window & Siding Co., Inc. provides residential exterior remodeling, including window replacement, siding installation and repair, roof replacement and repair, gutters, soffit and fascia, exterior doors, and storm damage restoration for homeowners in Bloomington, Minnesota, and the surrounding Twin Cities communities. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where a job cannot be performed safely or lawfully.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are non-binding unless provided in writing and accepted by both parties. The final price may vary from an estimate based on the scope of work, materials selected, site conditions, or issues discovered once work begins, such as rotten sheathing or framing that cannot be seen before the existing exterior is removed.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. Payments are handled directly with our office outside the website. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions, including those available to contractors under Minnesota law.

4. Appointments and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work areas, including driveways, yards, and the exterior of the home. Pets must be secured and known hazards disclosed before the crew arrives. Appointments may be rescheduled because of weather, material availability, or permit and inspection timing.

5. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is posted in the footer of this site.
